We invest in listening and thereby developing a deep understanding your issues and develop a bespoke solution, in a language that you understand, that directly relates to your organisation. This is what we mean by ‘practical, applied consulting’.
  • Knowledge of what to change. Anabol Consulting has thoroughly experienced consultants that have lived through many analogous situations and so can swiftly spot the key issues holding an organisation back. Sometimes they can see it even more clearly than an incumbent CEO, with his or her attendant biases and other corporate baggage. Young consultants with brains the size of planets but limited business experience must go through a steep, long and probably expensive (for the client) learning curve to reach the same point – that is not our model.
  • Knowledge of what to change to. Surprisingly, although incumbent CEOs and Directors may know what needs changing, they are usually uncertain as to what to change to. Traditional consultants usually stop at the recommendation; implementation is seldom part of their remit. Anabol Consulting recommends and creates the vision for change – and then implements it too.
